It was an Avant-Garde kind of day at the Wolf Creek Winery, for the last day of our Watercolor Workshop.
We learned about Niki de Saint Phalle, painted on Aquabord, un-painted with Q-Tips, drew with gold leaf markers, and decorated our Nanas . . .

After painting primary colored backgrounds on our Aquabord tiles, we found some references for our Nanas, and began to draw . . .

Drawing the figure shapes with gold leaf marker or with a brush and liquid acrylic |

After drawing the shapes, we un-paint with Q-tips and water |
After removing the color from the figure, we paint the skin another bright or dark color |
