SCENES from our ART RETREAT in Estes Park

The 4th annual Painted Prism Art Retreat was held in June this year. There were 11 of us in attendance at the beautiful Aspen Falls retreat.

The elk came to visit us every morning . . .

DAY ONE of the retreat was filled with yoga, Maria Sibylla Merian, botanical illustrations, and sharing our writings about our own metamorphoses.

  

DAY TWO of the retreat -- yoga in unison, Gustav Klimt, patterns and gold leaf markers, and SNOW in the mountains on the first day of summer!

What a wonderful time we all had! It was a beautiful place to be, despite the less-than-perfect weather.

Excited to announce our annual Painted Prism Art Retreat in Estes Park, Colorado.

I'm excited to announce the dates of my workshops and retreat for 2019!

This is a SAVE THE DATE post.  More details will follow -- and registration is not yet open for any of these -- but I did want to let you all know the confirmed dates, so you can start planning:

Painted Prism Art Retreat -- in Estes Park, Colorado -- June 20-24, 2019

This retreat has been such a success and so much fun, that we are anxious to do this again this year.  Cheri Miller Thurston (my partner in creativity) and Mo Garrity (our yoga instructor and personal chef) will be helping me out once again!  Couldn't do this without them.

This will begin on Thursday afternoon, June 20th, and end on Monday morning, June, 24th.

3-Day Watercolor Workshop -- Durango, Colorado -- August 16, 17, 18, 2019

My annual Durango workshop is now being held at a friend's beautiful house/studio near Vallecito Lake.  She was gracious enough to host this for the last two years, and thankfully, wants to do it again!

The workshop will again be in August -- Friday, 8/16, through Sunday, 8/18.

Workshop at the Winery -- Wolf Creek Winery, Norton, Ohio -- September 10, 11, 12, 2019

This year, the workshop will again be three days in September!

Construction on the new Great Room is almost complete, so I will be anxious to take advantage of that space for our workshop this year.

This workshop will be on Tuesday, September 10th, through Thursday, September 12th.
