Well, that was fun! I'm looking forward to more picture-taking in my favorite month of May. We are finally getting some moisture down here in Southwest Colorado, so things are starting to turn green.
Here are my themes for each day of May:
MAY PHOTO-A-DAY CHALLENGE
- Self Portrait
- Something that makes you smile.
- Something that you collect.
- Something that stresses you out.
- A cup you drank from today.
- Someone who inspires you.
- A picture of your phone.
- What you had for lunch today.
- Your favorite shoes.
- Something that you made.
- A picture of your pet.
- A picture you took at work/in class/out and about.
- Something out in nature.
- Somewhere you went today.
- Something you own but never use.
- Something you have too much of and is taking up space.
- A picture of something fun.
- Anything -- whatever you want -- just because.
- What's in your bag/purse.
- Someone that you love.
- A picture of something sweet.
- Something you're currently borrowing from someone.
- A souvenir from a vacation.
- A book you're reading.
- A picture of something new.
- Something that means a lot to you.
- Photo of your handwriting.
- Your favorite color.
- Your favorite pattern.
- Something in your fridge.
- Self portrait, 30 days later.
I encourage you to give it a try if it sounds like fun. I don't always do one each day, and sometimes I mix up the themes, or change them a little. But, doing a photo challenge like this allows you to capture little moments in your life, instead of just the really big ones.
